If you're in the southern hemisphere, make that the winter of 2018!
For Norrköping (my most relevant station to my region and my geography) that was 31, between 8 January and 7 February.
Considering the average low of January was -4°C and it being rather close to the open sea, the consistency of having that many light frosts without a single low in between 0.1 and 1.0°C is quite impressive.
Here's the streak by the way:
-0.4, -0.8, -6.5, -1.1, -2.6, -6.0, -6.3, -4.3, -6.9, -5.1, -7.5, -6.3, -7.1, -9.3, -3.6, -5.2, -11.1, -8.9, -6.4, -8.0, -2.1, -4.3, -6.8, -7.1, -1.5, -0.6, -7.0, -10.6, -1.1, -10.9, -1.1, -10.9, -1.8

I wish I had access to this kind of information. Ogimet for Tallinn may be good enough?
It says 31 December-8 February = 40 days.

26 in Milwaukee, 37 in Madison last winter. Even though the average is way below freezing, 1 or 2 nights above freezing is common in a normal winter month especially in Milwaukee.
Longest in the 2010's was 77 in Milwaukee and 81 in Madison. Lowest was 22 and 25.
Embarrass, Minnesota had 189 consecutive in 2017-2018 probably the most of any low-elevation place in the US in recent years.

Yeah there was quite a good period this past winter with consistently chilly nights. In that time period the warmest low was 30 F and lowest was -2 F, lots of nights in the teens.

157 consecutive frosts, October 31st through April 5th. Looks like I'm the clear winner here (or loser, depending on your preference)
