I start to get cold in indoor temperatures below 22'C/72'F so I keep my apartment at 24'C/75'F all the time. I get cold easier inside than I do outside.

Still 24'C (75'F) in my apartment, though 42.3'C (108.1'F) directly by my computer's heat vent.

^shivers just reading your post* 14.5'C indoors? Wow. For the opposite extreme, I've had indoor temperatures in the low 90's F during the end-July heat wave at my living room, check out my earlier posts on this thread. At least it wasn't oppressively humid (dew points were in the low 60's F) when that heat wave occurred; I didn't find it too uncomfortable, it's all about what you're used to.

I'm no stranger to room temperatures in that range either. At my old house, there was a vent in my room and I slept with the door closed, which meant that in the winter, a lot of hot air would come through that vent and by morning it could easily be 34'C in my room on a particularly cold night. I didn't particularly mind. I sleep better slightly warm anyway.

Indoor temperatures here tend to stay below the outdoor temperature in summer (i.e. it usually peaks in the 85-86°F range on a typical 90°F summer day and drop to the mid-high 70s in the morning); I like opening the windows for fresh air for much of the year (April-October).

My ideal indoor temperature is 24'C (75'F) year-round. Remember I live in a climate with very cold winters, so if my indoor temperature were below the outdoor temperature in the winter my balls would have long since frozen off. I too will gladly open the window for fresh air when it's at least 21'C outside, but even better is actually going outside as much as my schedule and Governor Evers allow.
