30.4C with 43% humidity in my bedroom this evening. It's quite smokey tonight so I'm not sure if I'll leave the windows open overnight. Maybe I'll leave them closed and then wake up in the middle of the night because it's too hot and open them at that point, like I did last night  Probably gonna be a sweaty night again either way. |

Smokey here too, can feel it a bit in the lungs lately, with some coughing. Opposite here re. the window, went to sleep it was 26C indoor, woke up shivering in the middle of the night after the temp dropped to 21C. Have had the windows closed atleast half of July though due to the smoke, so haven't posted much in this thread since i've set the AC to 26C and its been pretty constant at that temp. |

31.3C in my bedroom this morning. Kept the windows closed overnight due to it being smokey. It's 21C outside this morning so even with them open the cooling effect would be minimal, for whatever reason the air coming into my apartment doesn't start to feel properly cool and fresh unless it gets down into the teens Celsius, even though there's still a big difference between indoors and outdoors at the moment.

Temp had remained below 72 F for 35 hours in the middle of summer without AC. This felt extremely nice  . Just went up to 73 F now indoors. |

Morningrise Same, a few degrees cooler air won't cool down the inside any. 10 degrees would but then you have smoke to worry about. nei 58?? Is that near a window or something? Chilly.

29C with 47% humidity in my bedroom this early evening. Despite today having been much milder than the past few days it still stayed very warm inside.
Unfortunately it's very smokey again today so I don't want to keep the windows open too much, but if it weren't for that it'd be easy to cool the place down with today's weather.

The smoke was particularly bad today so once again I've kept my windows closed. Looks like yet another night above 30C for me tonight. I seem to be getting used to it, though. Last night I was surprisingly comfortable compared to the few nights before despite the fact that it was just as hot.
I guess this is where having a west facing apartment is a disadvantage, because the peak heat inside happens toward the end of the day when the sun is shining directly through the windows in the evening.
