I don't think he cheated for in this tournament specifically. He started changinf his climate according to the opinions and preferences of others way before any tournament was announced, and from the conversation we've had it's obvious that he doesn't understand that a dream climate isn't meant to appeal to anyone but oneself. He keeps asking people how he should change his dream climate. That in itself is an oxymoron.
