C. Winters are too cold and snowy, summer nights are too cool. Maybe a bit better than Seattle though.

B for BLUE, why is it so blue? It's not blue now.
Summer is a bit hot, spring/fall are very good, winter is too mild and wet but it gets some snow at least. B.

I actually really like the look of this climate. Nice hot days but cool nights perfect for the sleeping.
Cold winters but daytime not too cold.
Seems to get adequate precipitation too.
So I will rate this climate an A
