Rate Laurel Summit, PA. Small town at the top of a large mountain ridge in southwest PA. Essentially a ski town, very rough winters for the latitude (barely above 40N), and short mild summers. I love it, obviously. Let me know what you think. The averages are taken from NOWdata.

41.8 in = 1061.7 cm? Anyways it sucks. D-. Winters way too cold, summers too cool, way too much snow, too much rain for those temperatures, and pathetic record highs.

Lol I knew you wouldn't like it much. The metric is calculated from the English, formula must have been miscalced somewhere I will fix it. Clearly is mm in some snow calculation and some cm.

I'd give it a B-; nice winters but the summers are quite weak, still a decent climate and quite interesting.
If you could subtract 15 F from November - March and add 15 F to June - August, this climate would be an A+++++!

B-. Temperatures are decent but I prefer a bit hotter summer and colder winter. The record high of only 89 is disappointing, and it's in September? It could be an A- or B+ but it is too wet for that.

Yeah the elevation of the town is approximately 2800', so high temps don't happen there often. A note, the 89F was in 2018 as well, early last September during that Heat wave. High precip because it's a windward facing
