Puntarenas, Costa Rica obviously. Lack of warmth in a climate is unforgivable and plus Punta Arenas doesn't even have good winters.

Rather too hot than too cold year-round, especially given as everyone knows here, 4-5ยฐC monthly average highs are my worst above-freezing winter weather.
