Yikes, even with +5C, Turku is still awful. Turdku would need at least 4-5C more to be even a C climate

Sure, but with those +5C averages it would be way more than 16.
Perhaps if the latitude was lowered as a result, then aye. I'm pretty sure it would be even more stormy if Turdku were left at 60°N with everywhere nearby being 5'C colder. |

Turku easily. Summer is similar to here, but winter is much worse than standard Tucson since it's too close to freezing. B for Turku, D for Tucson
