What I’m wearing inside, putting on extra layers just to go outside is annoying but a hoodie or sweater that I’m already wearing inside is fine.
I’d say though a hoodie and athletic pants in winter and shorts and a t-shirt in summer.

tshirt and shorts for highs over 70F, tshirt and sweatpants for 55F-69F, and sweatshirt and sweatpants for highs below 55F, with a raincoat and rain boots if necessary.

Basically a light jacket and pants below 15°C, t-shirt shorts 15-20°C. 20°C+ nothing especially if sunny.
