Probably a tie between Beijing and Tokyo (my preferred winter is about halfway between the two, like Qingdao/Sendai); I prefer Tokyo's winter for having more precip [actually slightly prefer Shanghai's winter the most, but since its summer seems a bit worse, it falls behind these two], but Beijing's other seasons for being sunnier . Then Osaka over Shanghai for having more sunshine and a bit cooler/shorter peak summer, and then São Paolo over CDMX for being more interesting, while both are boring but comfortable... Delhi/Mumbai/Cairo/Dhaka well behind the rest for being oppressive.
Edit: Chose Tokyo since Beijing is borderline semi-arid and heats up too quickly in May/June

For me it was down to Osaka and Tokyo, but I went with Tokyo since Osaka is waaaay too humid in summer. I agree those are the best but they look about equally humid to me.

This was a really tough one but I went with Tokyo. Good precipitation, not too much sun and some variety. Mexico City would be the most comfortable but pretty boring.

I don't really like any of these but Beijing has the best climate, with Tokyo 2nd, and Osaka 3rd. All the others are atrocious. I'd rank it pretty much the same. (although I do actually kind of like Beijing and Tokyo)

Tokyo is best for having seasons and moderate precipitation in every month. Then Beijing (too dry in winter), Osaka (too warm), Shanghai (too warm, especially in summer). The rest are crap.

Mumbai for me. It would be an A+ climate if the monsoon wasn't so wet. As it is, it is a solid A. Most of these are good to acceptable except Beijing. It's horrific to me.

Tokyo, nice 4 season climate without extreme winters.

Tokyo
Like some others have said, not a very good selection of climates.

Delhi wins for me. Legendary temps in summer and monsoon season while still having cool temps in winter.
