Easy choice. Wagga Wagga by far for the dry heat and for not having very cloudy winters.

When I first glanced at the thread title, I wondered why compare two places so close together ? After all, Walla Walla, NSW is only 100klm south of Wagga Wagga. In any case I don't dislike the US version, but Wagga Wagga gets my tick.
