For example, I did it for my preferences in September.
Lows: Mean minimum 25 (-4), mean maximum 50 (10)
Highs: Mean minimum 39 (4), mean maximum 64 (18)
Precipitation: At least 5.1 in (130 mm)
Precip. days: At least 7
You can also choose wind speed, sunshine as proportion of day length, days with ground frost per month, and relative humidity, but these didn't matter for me.
57 places matched my criteria, most on the Norwegian seaboard.

TAS: Strahan

I highly doubt places like Bergen don't fit though. I will recheck with nomadlist.com's climate finder.

Discovered it recently, and I don't really trust it now (October credentials are characteristic of Bergen even though it didn't show it on the map). Don't know what to use, any suggestions?

I put in the July averages for London with 1c error margin and it didn't even show anywhere in the UK!
