What is the driest November and December at your location, and how much precipitation was recorded in each of those two months? You might add other interesting places as well.
Please state when recording started at the station.
For here, Trondheim AP Værnes, driest Nov and Dec (recording since 1946)
November: 1.1 mm precip in 1993. Second driest: 3.6 mm in 2006. Dec: 2.7 mm in 1959. Second driest: 7.5 mm in 1946.
Oslo (recording since 1937 at Blindern station) Nov: 10.8 mm in 1972. Dec: 3.4 mm in 1957
Far north, Bodø Airp. (recording since 1953) Nov: 0.6 mm in 1960 Dec: 3.7 mm in 2012
Stavanger AP Sola (recording since 1935): Nov: 23.6 mm in 1993 Dec: 7.9 mm in 2002
Seems Trondheim and Bodø have potential for drier November than further south.

Never less than 11.8 mm in November in Turku!

I looked up the data for Bradford since I'd have to go through every year individually to check Bingley. Data goes back to 1911.
November: 6.8 mm in 1945 (ridiculously dry, no other November was under 35 mm. Still only 23.8 sun hours though so probably foggy) December: 14.3 mm in 1932 (again lower than I'd have expected, again very low sunshine by modern standards at 14.8 hours so probably foggy)
Averages are 87 mm for November and 94 mm for December so it is usually one of our wettest times of year, winters tend to be getting both wetter and sunnier as well.

Hunters Hill (1993–2020)
• Nov = 17.4 mm (2013)
• Dec = 9.6 mm (2006)*
*Dec 2019 had 0.0 mm, but that was due to the vast majority of the month having missing data.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy Looking at Eklima, Bodø's second driest November on record, 2000, had 0.59" of precipitation that month: Yeah it is unusual, but it has potential for very dry months. Look at January 2014, no precipitation at all. That month there were large bushfires some places along the coast in my region. In mid-winter.

Driest November: 0.18" (1967) Driest December: 1.54" (2010)
Fall months can be variable rainfall-wise (potential to be either quite dry or very wet), but winter is more dependably wet.
