Casillas is a village in the mountains south of Monterrey in state of Nuevo Leรณn, Mexico. IMO it's one of the best climates in the country.

A C+ for me. Summers are cooler than my liking, though at least it occasionally gets truly hot weather, and winters look comfortable.

B. Bump up the lows by 10 C and the highs by 5 C and you've got an A-grade climate.

C+. It's all right, but the summers are a little anemic due to elevation and the winters are way too dry. That 3'C July record low is also pathetic.
