Autumn is the only season where I have no complaints. If it's warm it's very nice, and if it's cold it's kinda expected anyway.
My common winter complaint is it comes too late (where it's often still green and warm in Christmas).
My common spring complaint is it either comes too late or summer comes too early, and in many recent years, both (looking at 2016, 2018, and 2020).
My common summer complaint is it's either too hot, or it's either cool and comfortable but very stormy, but it's virtually never comfortably cool and sunny.
When do I complain the most? Probably summer.

Right now for example. Central Europe is staunchly going into spring, while I have ice days. FMI has a low of -15C on Wednesday. I'm sure that Doña Jimena and aabc123 feel the same.

The weather is not that bad for March. It is colder than in Central Europe, but significantly warmer than in Russia, that's fine for me seing Riga being 10 to 15 degrees warmer than St. Petersburg or Moscow.

Colder than Oslo though.
I'm talking generally. March is after November probably my least favourite month because by this time I'm ready for spring, but it's nowhere to be seen.

I see, the climate is just too cold here, that's it. I plan to leave to a warmer place after this Covid will be over...

Ok, but my point was that the climate bugs me the most right now, as we are still so cold. January and February were brilliant here this year, but now when we are in March I would prefer some warmer weather, not fucking ice days.
Of course the climate is too cold here, but I'm talking about feelings, not facts.

Indeed, spring arrives here too late and this return of winter in early spring does not make me very happy but at the same time (as has already been said) it is true that you can think of the eastern areas and realize that it can be even worse. If you like, I made a comparison between my place and a fairly large city of 0.5 million in the same latitude. The graphs were originally on different scales, but for the sake of clarity, I put them on the same scale. So I certainly would not say that March is the worst month. This March snow, unlike winter snow, melts faster and the snowdrops that flowered in the garden before will come out from under the snow again. And at the same time, march snow is such a common thing here and it would be b...ing if I made a face that it's something unprecedented. As far as Central and Western Europe are concerned, I am actually more disturbed by the fact that there has been a bigger increase in average temperatures in the new reference period compared to my nearest station (well I did not, of course, compare all places, just only Frankfurt). Remember those anomalous summer heat waves of recent years there.
