Singapore and I'll stay between high buildings with lightning rods installed. Dubai's summer is just unforgivable.

Dubai for having actual comfortable weather from November-April. Singapore is comfortable for zero months of the year.

Singapore for not being an arid and still humid desert

Singapore is an easy choice for me. While I wouldn't enjoy its climate, I can tolerate it any day of the year. And I appreciate that it gets enough rain to support a lush forest, even with those temps.
I think Dubai may have one of the worst climates for a city its size.

Singapore. It's far from ideal but at least it doesn't get extreme heat for months without any rain.
