These are ranked from worst to best: Oceania: Jindabyne, NSW. -This is a C+, maybe weak B- climate but easily the best Australia has to offer. South America: Malargue, Argentina. -This is a B-. Winter is actually pretty variable and can get some snow dumps but summer is weak and boring. Africa: Setif, Algeria. -This is a B climate. Could use colder, snowier winters, more storms and more variability but overall a pretty solid climate. Asia: Tbilisi, Georgia. -Another B climate, maybe a B+. Wiki says it gets 15-25 snow days a year, if that’s true it’s the best in Asia. Europe: Skopje, Macedonia. -This is the very rare non US climate to get an A-. Winter could be less rainy and more variable but otherwise very good. And last but not least, we have the world’s best climate... North America: Goodland, Kansas. -This is as good as it gets for a real world climate. The only issue is it’s not snowy enough but I doubt I’d be upset with the lack of snow when everything else is so epic.

Tbilisi. Best combo of winter temps and summer precip, and Cooma's lows are too cold year-round.

Tbilisi quite easily, as it gets high snowfall relative to precip/temps all the whilst avoiding extreme cold, and by far the best temp profile (nigh-on perfect temps, in fact). Would've been an A+ if it were significantly wetter (especially in winter).

Tbilisi for me - it's close between there and Goodland (which has the best record highs) but Tbilisi has wetter winters and warmer summer lows.

I agree with you. Goodland is the best one out of all of these and quite easily too. The most fun / continental climate of the bunch.

My order of preferences in climates: Jindabyne: A- (comfortable year-round, but UV index coukd be lower) Malargue: B+ (same as above, except being too dry in summer) Goodland: C+ (too cloudy in winter, too hot and sunny in summer) Tbilisi: C+ (same as above) Skopje: C (same as above, but drier in summer)

All of them have cold winters but I choose Setif, Algeria for having the warmest winters.

Sétif for me. Mediterranean pattern and near-perfect temps, albeit much too dry in winter.

Skopje for having cooler summer nights than Tblisi and more sunshine (despite a less even dist), and wetter and less erratic winters than Goodland.

Sunshine data isn't available for all these climate datas, so this makes it harder for me to rate and compare, then getting my final choice of which is the best.
