Your collection of climates isn't bad.
I will choose best climate:
Engaru: A+ (it's close to my dream climate, except I prefer sunnier winters)
Sparwood: A- (summer nights are a bit chilly)
Alta: B+ (nearly perfect UV index, but summers are too cool)
Cabramurra: B+ (UV index is too high, summers are too cool and sunny, winters are too cloudy)
Letseng-la-Terae: C+ (UV index is too high, too cool in summer, great precipitation pattern)
Bariloche: C (crooked precipitation pattern, too sunny in summer)

Bariloche for being warmest, adequately rainy and sunnier than Cabramurra

I pick Engaru, followed by Sparwood. I think I would miss warm humid days in Sparwood more than I would miss the sunshine.
Engaru - Very good except for the low sunshine. Warm summers, snowy winters. Summer isn't a total washout like some Japanese climates.
Sparwood - A good climate. Summer nights are chilly, but winter has good snowfall and it's not too dry.
Bariloche - Winter too mild, summer too cool and dry, overall decent and excellent for South America.
Alta - Too cold in summer, but passable.
Cabramurra - Winter too mild and wet, summer is decent.
Letseng - Terrible. Borderline tundra with lots of rain during the "summer".
