Let's rank climates:
Tskhivali: A (great climate, although I prefer less sun in summer)
Sunny Corner: A- (some as a above, except UV index is too high)
Flagstaff: A- (without monsoon it will be a C climate)
Ljubljana: B (too cloudy in winter, too warm in summer. At least it has proper rain in summer)
Bariloche: C (I prefer opposite sunshine and precipitation patterns)
Ifrane: C- (same as above, but summer highs are on warm side)
Esperanza Base: C- (at least it's not hot and sunny in summer)
