Yeah, Ifrane again. I'm surprised there's nothing else similar tbh. Saint Catherine has a similar temp profile, but it doesn't rain there and Sutherland in South Africa has unreliable data but looks to get quite cold in winter.

Cabramurra. Somewhat colder than my ideal in all seasonal temperatures though it's the mildest without getting quite extreme neither regular heat nor huge diurnal range.

The first one is fake data (ClimateData.org), and the second is just a hideous cold desert.

i swear if i see ifrane or bariloche again... anyway im picking ifrane. I was just about to say...... this must be the dozen'th time in a dozen climate battles I've clicked on that I've seen that polar shithole. Ifrane once again, warmest. I agree. It's a bad climate, same as Ifrane imo. South America and Africa just don't have any really good climates for cold lovers.

Huntsville, Ontario is the best one, very solid climate (B+ rating from me). Your dream climate is quite good but warms up too fast, I don't want a 50 F March average high when the January average high is only 18 F. I get it. It warms up very fast, but after a long and bitterly cold winter, I think that a 50°F average March high would feel like a breath of fresh air. True. And I can understand how that's appealing to a lot of people, but me personally.....I like March being wintry and not that much warmer than January (I like February as the coldest month, FWIW).
