C.
Decent four season climate but winters aren't cold enough and nearly consistently cold enough, especially with those high mean maxes. Summers are cooler and way, way, way too wet for my liking too.

E+
very cold crummer lows, too much snow and rain. Only the chance of heat in crummer saves it.

Come to think of the lurking variables, it's an E from me.
Disgustingly cold crummer lows with anemic submild highs, far too variable all-around. Too many shitty things for me to list.

'Submild' to you in summer = highs below 85 F? Clearstown gets a D from me - summer too cold at night and too wet, crap winters (better than my own, but that's not saying much), suicidally slow spring warmup, average snowfall in May and September, and too much downward variation in temperatures.

B+
Spring and fall are too snowy, and the coldest winter days are a bit too cold. Summer could also be a bit hotter and drier, with other seasons being wetter. But it's not too bad overall.

B- I guess. Hard one to rate because if you removed March and November itโs an A but March is just so unbelievably bad.
Add 5 f to February and November and 10 f to March and itโs an A-

We should have known all along that he hated rain. His dream climate was literally called โClearstownโ, which sounds to me like a place that is sunny and dry as fuck.

D+, not the best with its spring seasonal lag; crazy snowfall levels and less sunshine than my hometown (which admittedly, isn't too bad).
