Ral vs. Tommy: Tommy – Both are very good climates with winters that are either colder or warmer than what I like, but the better summers gave Tommy the edge.
Marcelo vs. AW: AW – Too much fuss about users allegedly voting against Angler for personal bias, and over anything else, I’m not really comfortable with having defeated Wildcat by one vote in a tie in which Wildcat himself didn’t vote. So if I’m winning the whole thing, let it be only because of my climate! |

1. Tommy for drier winters and milder summers,
2. Marcelo for lower diurnal ranges most months, slightly milder summers, and better precipitation distribution

It's only Scandle voting like that though (so far). He did the same with Meteoman vs Rozenn. |

FWIW that recent battle has also been processed thru the Strategic-o-Meter®. The results are less clear than during the previous controversy but it does appear that AW's climate is closer to Candle's than Marcelo's:   |

2) AW — tough one, normally I'd go for the climate with the longer growing season but Marcelo's growing season appears not that much longer while have a cool winter with no snow. So AW's it is for being more interesting

2. AW - Better shoulder seasons and winters. I actually really like both climates and flipped about 5 times before settling on AW.
