52 F (11 C) on March 1. Doesn't look like I'll be updating that anytime soon. 54 F (12 C) on March 21. We are now falling behind our average first 60 date though... 64 F (18 C) on March 31, tied yesterday (April 8), and sure to be exceeded several times over the course of the week ahead.

Had a high of 86 F (30.0 C) here today absolutely incredible! Shattered the old daily record by a whopping 5 F (2.8 C) and is now the 2nd earliest 86 F / 30 C temp on record (record earliest is April 6, 1991)! In two weeks span, we've recorded the 4th latest subzero temp on record, and second earliest 30+ C temp on record. Pretty impressive variability.
