Kobryn, Belarus lies chiefly at 52°13′N, 24°22′E And Groningen, Netherlands at 53°13′N 6°34′E So their latitudes clearly cross over at some point.

You're talking about the geographical centre of the country. I'm talking about southern and most northern points, which is more logical in this exercise since there are areas of Poland north of the Netherlands.

Aye, the central latitude for Norway is indeed false (much unlike the other countries); The latitudinal centre of Norway is regional within the Ogndalsfjella, SE of Steinkjer in Trøndelag country, which lies round 63° 59' 26.00" N. Certainly not Oslo!
