Correct, but can you guess where? Somewhere along the western-most slopes (i.e. the mountains closest to the ocean)? Correct. It's El Pangán Natural Reserve just outside the town of Junín, Nariño. Check it's climate, super rainy and cool/mild. The reserve is about 1°C colder |
