Went with Rome, due to having mild winter, although summer is a bit on the warm side. Can't say it felt too hot when I went in summer though.

Bucharest and Rome, followed by Sevilla. A few years ago I'd have said Sevilla by far, but it's so bloody hot in summer there, that I think it would be a bit much for me now. Spring, Autumn and winter are alright though.

Munich, Germany for its decent winter temps and comfortable summers.
It's one of the top cities I would consider moving to, all things considered.

I need my summer warmth. Rome and Bucharest were my other "top 3" choices; Baku would be very nice in relative terms too if it weren't so damn dry.
