In the last 2 hours there has been like 10 forum posts, but I estimate like 250 shoutbox messages. The shoutbox is so much on fire almost all the time that nobody has time to post in threads.

So there's your answer. yep, there've been times when I'm bored and the shoutbox is dead I think of posts to make. Often my posts don't get my replies anyway, the shoutbox is more immediately rewarding in a getting a good response sense. |

Also I think people should make more of an effort to post on threads than the shoutbox. I understand the shoutbox is more of an "immediate" reward, but posts on threads are there for good and don't get lost in 5 mins like in the shoutbox.

The past six or seven days, I had given this forum a chance; to say that I am merely dissapointed, is a major understatement.
