I'm sorry Cadeau but my immediate reaction upon seeing this was I am looking for some redeeming qualities here. The only ones I can find is that it isn't absurdly hot (on average) and there is a chance for some decently cold/hot temps in the winter/summer (despite the averages). I am surprised you have sunshine hours so low though.

Manchester popped into my mind initially when I saw the title on C-D because I already knew this climate has exactly 10.0°C annual mean for the 1981-2020 normals. Wasn't bothered to take a longer time to modify the climate box. After reconsidering, a hybrid version of Munich and Metropolitan Area(personal ideal climate) might fit better under the requirements.

Decided to sacrifice some summer warmth for autumn and spring mildness. Rather than subtracting 8ºC from every month, I prefered Gets a C, thanks to the little seasonal lag, summer downpours (although less than desired), year-round mild to warmth potential and plenty of sunshine.
