Montevideo, almost perfect climate. Asuncion is too warm.

Asuncion is truly a world class climate, so I'm picking that one.

Neither is bad, but Asuncion is a world-class climate that will almost always win!

Asuncion by far for being mildestYou may prefer Asunción, and that's ok, but Montevideo is far milder. Asunción is a warm climate, 12ºF warmer than the global average, while Montevideo is 3ºF warmer than the global average.

Counterpoint: Asuncion is far milder in terms of being closer to what a typical person would consider a neutral everyday/room temperature. 62.8 F is still rather chilly by itself.
