This will change soon, but: Milwaukee Airport- 34F on November 2 and 18. No freeze yet and nearing record territory  For Madison, 29F on October 16th. A month ago! This was also the first freeze.
Meanwhile in Siberia, it's cold.
I think the first -45C was recorded Monday night/ Tuesday morning, in two locations: Verkhoyansk and Batagay. Verkhoyansk also had the first -40 I found, on the 4th. It has been much colder than Oymyakon so far. These are below average but not extreme temps.

Milwaukee reached 32F in the evening of the 20th, and dropped to 30F this morning. The 3rd latest on record (1931-11-24, 1902-11-23) Madison dropped to 28 this morning the 21st. It is snowing in both areas this morning. My area has about 2 inches on the grass. |

Allapattah Flats: 39.9 °F (4.4 °C) on November 22nd
COOP station had a 48 °F low. This is the first time since 2018 that the November mean min temp was reached.
