This is where my Condo unit's A/C was born (ie, manufactured). Rate it's climate: I'm giving it an E. The summers are horrible (which explains why my AC has such a strong refrigerant). Winters are way too mild.

B-. Too warm year round (especially lows) and too cloudy. Good precipitation pattern though.

C-. Good temps generally but the precipitation pattern is just abysmal. Those summers are just hellishly humid and cloudy

D+. Winters are too warm, summers are too hot and humid, and sunshine hours are too low. It's saved from a lower grade by the decent spring-leaning precipitation pattern and presumably high thunderstorm activity.

Terribly hot, overly stable (and cloudy) summers; and winters non-existent. The adequate rainfall saves it though, and I love the spring rainfall peak.

Decent sub tropical type climate, warmer months monsoonal rainfall pattern is fine, the dry season cools down very nicely and without the bone numbing cold I was expecting, but then again it is at latitude 26*N. Note that Fuzhou is only 34klms further away from the Equator than Miami, but has substantially cooler winters and a couple of warmer summer months. Feeling generous today B-

Fairly typical southern Chinese climate. Temps are pretty good but I can't tolerate such low sunshine, especially when it peaks in the wrong season. Those winters would be hard to get through. This would be at least a B+ if it had sunny winters but as it stands I have to give it a C+.

E. Not the worst but no desire to experience the weather between 15 May to 15 October.

D. No cold and snowy winter but summers are way too hot. Precipitation is concentrated too much in the summer.

I kind of like the clouds, I think if it were sunnier I would rate it worse. I still give it a D though because of how muggy it is. I think that hot climates can be cloudy without seeming too gloomy.

I guess I'll give it an E since it has a few somewhat tolerable months. Still quite deplorable all-around.
