Select your ideal sleeping room temperature. For me personally it would be 13-16°C. A nice crisp cool room is perfect for me to get a good night's sleep. I often have the window open much of the year in the bedroom for this reason. Anything over 18 is too hot for me and 20+ sleepless.

19-21C is most comfortable. 21C good sleeping temp if you got warm blankets.

It depends on what bedding I have. I have no problems with sleeping with temps in the 80s/90s with a fan, but generally speaking, I find temps in the 60s/70s the most comfortable for sleeping.

Depends on if I have a ceiling fan or not. If I do: 18-19C. If I don’t: 12-15C

I'm very comfortable sleeping in any temperature in the 70s F so I picked 21-24.9 C. I've lived in a couple of places - most notably my childhood bedroom - where there's been a heat vent in my room, and considering I sleep with the door closed, it allowed plenty of warmth to flood into my room over the course of the night, so I've woken up to 90s plenty of times on cold winter mornings. I don't mind it - not necessarily a fan of 90s but waking up to mid-80s can be nice and cozy. (I don't want to FALL asleep in a room that's that warm though - my heat's set to 72, not 82, I'm not nuts.)

Inside 65-70 with a fan although I use the fab more for noise and airflow.
Outside 40-50

65-70F in winter, 70-75F in summer is generally what I like to keep it indoors.

I am cold sleeper. I cannot fall asleep (properly) when the room temp is above 22C.
So 17C-18C is perfect, especially under a warm blanket. It is very soothing if you will.

60 F/16 C is my preferred sleeping temperature.
Unfortunately that's rare during the summer so I put up with temps around 70-72 F (21-22 C) and use a fan during the warmer months.

13-16°C is ideal for me. Above about 21°C becomes hard to tolerate and uncomfortable. I always sleep with a fan on--not just for extra cooling, but also to block out any background noises.

5C / 41F
I like to sleep under warm blankets to protect myself from the monsters that dwell under my bed. When it’s too hot to sleep under a blanket I have to either sleep with a crucifix and a cup of holy water on my bedside counter, but when I don’t have those tools, I have to sleep with the lights on. I have to make sure the holy water is blessed by a true priest otherwise it will not work.

Once one of these monsters grabbed me by the ankles and tried to pull me out of the end of my bed. But that was in a cold flat in Buxton. They seemed to lower the temperature and preferred cold rather than heat though.

25 C (77 F) sounds ideal, especially if I want to avoid feeling cold when I climb out of bed in the morning. 5C / 41F I like to sleep under warm blankets to protect myself from the monsters that dwell under my bed.
