I'm not a big fan of any of these climates but I went for Hakha for being the most seasonal temperature wise while not having an overly extreme monsoon or dry season.

All of them are not too bad (except Cherrapunji with an E+), but my favs are Antananarivo, Eldoret, Herberton and Lilongwe. I like them for their mildly warm temperatures, good amount of t-storms and plenty of sunshine. I think that Antananarivo wins IMO, for its consistent balmy temps and having not too severe seasonality of sunshine; as an A- climate.
