1) Eastbourne - comfortable temperatures and okay precipitation
2) Melbourne VIC - warmer than ideal but not bad at all
3) Roeburn - Too hot in the summer and dry in general but at least the winter nights are cool
4) Melbourne FL - Good precip but just too hot and humid

They're all crappy but I'll go with Eastbourne. The others essentially have no winter weather at all, although warm/dry summers are enticing.

Roebourne, followed closely by Melbourne FL which is also pretty good. The two other subarctic shitholes don't even rate a mention by me.
