New York but it's not a complete blowout.
New York has a decent seasonal range but it's too warm in every season. Winter gets a lot of gloomy cold rain days.
San Francisco is comfortable in every season...it's just boring. Except for an occasional hot day, or a soaking rain in winter, there is nothing interesting happening. The average July only has a 29F range!
