This is a very tough climate battle. Both climates look, on paper, to have decent but not great climates. There are so many variables to consider. In the end, I ended up voting for Tbilisi. I don't mind cold weather, but I don't like hot humid weather.

Atlanta for having warmer and pretty much perfect average temperatures as well as more winter/spring rain. Tbilisi's dry cold and snow can fuck off.

I think Tbilisi just edges out Atlanta here. I like the temperature profile more, and summers are drier in general.

Atlanta for being sunnier, but I would hate its humidity. Tbilisi is drier, but it is far cloudier, so that's a big no-no
