MPLS easily, and it extends to everything besides climate. I could see myself living long-term there from what I've seen online.

Unpopular opinion, but I think Minneapolis has a good climate.

I don't know what to vote for, I can't decide which one's worse.
Guess I'll vote for Minneapolis, because at least it gets rain and has seasons.

Mogadishu. No month there is close to being as extreme as a Minneapolis winter.

Mogadishu. No month there is close to being as extreme as a Minneapolis winter. If anything, you'd be hard-pressed to find (if there's such thing) hot climates with temps as extreme relative to the comfort zone to winters as cold or colder than Minneapolis, given one is lightly dressed

Someone from Hong Kong would find 30C to be comfortable but would almost freeze to death at 0C while a Norwegian man would be comfortable at 0C.

Minneapolis easily. But Mogadishu isn't as bad as I thought, I had it pegged as a desert with Persian Gulf-style humidity for some reason.

Mogadishu I guess- more sunshine and year-round more temps. I think I can get used to those hot days, but warm nights would entice me to increase the electricity bill!

Mogadishu for being warm, humid, and tropical.
