Bloemfontein. I prefer Moscowโs temperatures, but Moscow is too damp.

Brasilia. Best mix of temps, storms and sun. Pretoria is nice too, but I prefer the much warmer winters of Brasilia even if it's much cloudier.

New Delhi (India) You can really see how the monsoon season has gotten hotter compared to the 1981-2010 averages. I remember seeing long stretches of sunny 38-40 C days during July and August for Delhi on the Weather app during the 2010s. Props to whoever updated the weatherbox for adding average dew points. Obvious vote for Cape Town although the other two South African capitals donโt seem too bad. Brasilia seems relatively pleasant for an elevated tropical climate.

Bloemfontein for the ideal temperature range. Cape Town and Pretoria are good too.

Bloemfontein for the ideal temperature range. Cape Town and Pretoria are good too. Bloemfontein has very cold winter nights though Thatโs a plus for me. I like cold winter nights with clear skies and low humidity. Bloemfontein would be a A+ climate if it had slightly more precipitation and 4C cooler winter days.

None of these are particularly appealing to me but I'll go for Bloemfontein

Moscow. Beijing has better summers but its awful winters are too bad to ignore.
