I used to be a sun-hater since I have lived in some climates with very sunny summers. But now I am a sun-lover, although that doesn't mean I want it every day nor do I get "SAD" in winter from a lack of it.
WFH has definitely made me appreciate sunnier weather more though. When I worked at the offices I could commute and also regularly went outside on breaks. Not quite the same now.
Overall, a good balance of sun or lack thereof is ideal.

Same here, I used to be completely unaffected by weather but over the past few months Iβve become a summer lover. Iβve noticed my mood changes when working from home, whether sun shines through the window or not.

I guess Iβd pick rain hater if I had to pick. I love thunderstorms but steady, moderate rain is awful, especially if its a common feature of a climate.

Fair weather fan I guess. Why isn't that on the poll? I'm more happier and less grumpy on sunny days for sure

Iβm a mix between summer hater and rain hater since I feel the best when itβs cold and sunny.

I suppose I fall into the summer lover category? I'm negatively affected by cold overcast stratocrapulus in winter, whereas warm days positively affect my mood.

Weather affects my mood negatively only if the same monotonous weather pattern persists for too long, no matter what weather. The only weather I dislike from day one is dense fog that doesn't clear after the morning.
Otherwise I can certainly relate to pressure to not waste a rare fair weather day despite generally loving sunshine... sometimes to the point that I like ghastly weather so I can stay inside and read a book without a guilty conscience.

Rain hater.
I was clearly trying to act tough when I chose "unaffected". As soon as water falls from the sky and touches my skin without my consent, I will go ballistic.

I imagine the location the study was conducted would matter. If it were conducted in a warmer or sunnier climate than the Netherlands you'd probably get different results. I feel like the ideal place for this would be somewhere diverse with a seasonal and variable climate like NYC during spring or fall.
For me there are a bunch of things that have a stronger effect on my mood than weather, so I ticked unaffected. But I would say sunny and warm days put me in a slightly better and more energetic mood. Cool and cloudy/rainy days are appealing in their own way though; they feel calm and relaxing. So I like both sun and cloud, but I find they lose their appeal when they happen too much, so my ideal is sunny and cloudy/rainy days interspersed with a slight preference for sun.

Best for my mood is warm cloudy weather.
