Redwood City
Redwood beats out Las Palmas for having higher rainfall. Algiers is great October through May but the summers are too hot.

Las Palmas is gorgeous, and Algiers is pretty good. But I'll give the edge to LP for being sunnier in winter and drier.

Because I am a fair weather fan. Las Palmas is basically fair weather central Candle's shitposting - but I know he doesn't like extended periods of boring mild sunny weather. His ideal climates tend to be either subarctic or else milder variants of wet tropical climates.
