Australia for temperatures but would need to see the sunshine hours. I'm sure it Would be pretty similar to Sydney? Williamtown RAAF Base to the north of Newcastle sees 2600 hours sunshine on average. Then easily the Australian version

The South African one by far (rarely do I choose overseas climates over Aussie ones). Probably rarely gets floods and has a reliable dry season (no random rain events like here and no La fucking Nina!), and the summers despite being wet don't seem humid! The disadvantageous thing is their cold winter nights.

Pennsylvania
That one is a solid A- climate, with a relatively balanced four seasons. None of the others make it above a C, because they're either too subtropical or too oceanic.
