Post your weather quizzes here. Here's one I made a while ago to see how well my friends here in British Columbia know their own province. It's really bad because they are WORSE than chance! That means that the rest of you who know nothing about BC who pick at random will bring the average score up!!!

I guessed them all and got 25% like I should have got That number 6 though, "This is the only place in BC where the extreme July temperatures were more than 34 degrees Celsius apart." - you must have so many interesting microclimates I know practically nothing about.

There's no quiz...
nvm I see it now
I got a 42%, mostly guessed randomly but used the names of the places to try and infer their geography.

I got exactly 25%.
I guessed the third option for the first question. One person here knows why...to the rest it shall remain a mystery.

I got an 8%. I think I got 1 right or something. Guessed on everythingβunfamiliar with most of the places.
Picking random places in a foreign country that have X conditions in a random month clearly isnβt a skill of mine.
If it was about the climate of BC or even this but with more well known places, I probably wouldβve done better.

33% on BC and 17% on Buxton.
Damn, I thought I had a bit better grasp of Buxton's climate.

I got 38%, less than Donar even though I live in the closest climate to Buxton! I knew the record low was -24C, when did Buxton get 33C though? I thought it could only be 31C considering Bingley's only had 31.6C and is a fraction warmer.

This is the best thing ever, and now for the official announcing of the new Platte Purchase daily weather summary. Also: 74%. I hope EverBlack's roadrage was the correct answer for the final question. Unfortunately, it's not. The answer for that one is the one about the river.

In some situations under high pressure the temperature doesn't always correspond exactly with the altitude. Maybe Buxton got lucky here just due to being more south.

I accidentally clicked the wrong answer on the question about the Jews. It's naturally Ilomantsi PΓΆtsΓΆnvaara, not Jerusalem. AFAIK nobody lives in PΓΆtsΓΆnvaara so therefore it cannot have any Jews either.
Also, Malta is the only country in Europe which has never recorded snow. Both Altea and Benidorm have, and that is what annoys the hell out of . It was a surprisingly difficult question.

I picked Altea for the snow question because I thought you were fucking with us lol. Also I thought the Jew question was Gothenburg because well...Kronan lol.
