Gold Coast because I feel like having some summer rain and humidity, lol
Ibiza, Cascais and Rottnest Island are also good, but Ibiza is too dry and the other two are like the European and Australian versions of SLO, respectively.
edit: I'll go with Cascais, I want a cool season with highs below 20c
