Serhetabat...average temps in the cool season aren't too far off from my own climate.

Bitam. The Turkmenistan city’s cool winters and interesting weather aren’t worth the abysmal summer

Turkmenistan for neither being hot like Gahna, Gabon and Sudan, nor being a depressing hellhole like Iceland.
Not sure if the sunshine hours in Gabon are accurate because maybe the sun is blocked by the trees since it’s a jungle there. I also doubt the accuracy of the technological equipment used in those countries.

Serhetabat I guess.
The Icelandic one isn't really a realistic choice, even for polar foamers.

Torit
Not bad. It was close between that and Abetifi, though Torit ended up winning out because its precipitation seems a little better distributed; it's just a little too hot in the...winter.
Edit: I think I will end up going with Abetifi, due to the more-temperate average temperatures. Look at that July and August though. Crummer bummer!

Serhetabat, good climate. Those temperatures are nearly perfect and there’s a bit of seasonal lead. Just needs more rainfall.

I'm tempted to pick Iceland but tundra climates are terrible. Serhetabat is decent so I'll go with that. I don't like the hot dry summers but it has a nice cool season. Bitam could be the winner if it wasn't so dreadfully cloudy.

Serhetabat for having the most seasonal temperatures.

Tough choice between Bitam and Serhetabat but ultimately went with Bitam for the moderate temps and the rainfall. Serhetabat is just too dry and those summers look awful.
