Tai Mo Shan. Summers could be too muggy but it gets loads of thunderstorms.

Safed for sure.
The weather station seems too close to the trees. I checked the source, and Israel actually rates how representative weather stations are, and Safed was in the lowest category for temperature.

Atilakoutse. Summer highs could be warmer, but this is about as mild as it gets for a tropical climate.
