Et and EF climates. Anyone who says otherwise is a mongoloid I am a Mongoloid! In my heart I'm a Mongoloid.. That is what I am! We are a horde. That is what we are. Yes we are that. We are 100% that! It is something to be proud of, bitch! 'Cause the Mongols are the ones who created civilization. And you created nothing but barbarism! You're the fucking barbarians! You destroyed the treasures of mankind! The Mongols only united it. I am a Mongoloid, you're right. It is what I am. And I'm proud of being that.

Depends on where you were raised/grew up as kid in AU... generally based on British bland quisine until post WW2 with the influx of European migrants that introduced Australia to a whole world ( European ) of new dining experiences. Then about 50 years ago with the easing of the White Australia Immigration policies, we were suddenly introduced to the whole tropical world of dining experiences, notably Asian, from Indo, Philipines, Thailand and Vietnam... its great food ! Darwin probably has the most diverse dining experience in all of AU.... and all the produce is locally grown We can go to the local Mindal Beach Markets on a dry season Thursday night and eat foods from South America, tropical Africa, and anywhere in south east Asia and the Sub Continent. Oh, and a popular local restruant is called 'Little Miss Korea'... great dining experience !!

Look at Aw climates. Includes most of Mexico, Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, India, Thailand, Burma, Vietnam, Ethiopia. All-star lineup right there Cfa is also really strong. China, Japan, Korea, northern Italy, Serbia, Georgia, the steak regions of South America, and American soul food

Interesting how I also mentioned Cfa and Aw despite not looking at this post beforehand. These are definitely culinary powerhouses even by other people's standards

Interesting how I also mentioned Cfa and Aw despite not looking at this post beforehand. These are definitely culinary powerhouses even by other people's standards Pretty much all down to what grows best in those regions naturally. That said, you can grow almost anything (and pretty well) in subtropical climates. There are exceptions of course.

Cfa and Csa are the winners. These two zones cover Mediterranean, American, Argentine, Chilean, and East Asian cuisines. Another example of subtropical superiority.

China, Japan, Korea, northern Italy, Serbia, Georgia, the steak regions of South America, and American soul food Cfa ranks highly on my list because I used the -3 C isotherm for popcorn, donuts, and lobster lol. Also because most of the Italian foods are from northern Italy, plus all of the AUS and ZA entries. No idea how Iโd weigh the rankings if I had to do it again

Weird how nothing Ethiopian made the list (Cwb for the win, just like Mexico), Ethiopian cuisine is quite tasty. Ethiopia didnโt make into the list because there is no food there. But indeed, Ethiopian cuisine is very tasty, I love to eat air, but air is not food so it doesnโt qualify.

Looks like generally the worse climates make the better food (hot summer climates). But I like Balkan food most, which has okay climates in many spots.
