There's some horrors amongst this selection... Chabahar I suppose....

Tough choice actually. Mashhad is much better in winter but Tabriz is much better April-June. Summer is a wash as both are shit. Not quite sure which I’d pick

Bandar-e Mahshahr. Too hot in summer but it's better than the others

Chabahar
Purely on the strength of its temperature pattern, as it is extremely arid and likely horrifyingly humid in the summer. Part of me was actually contemplating choosing Mashhad.

Tabriz is too dry but looks decent otherwise.

Mashhad for the best temperatures of the bunch, but there are far better climates in Iran than this selection.

Mashhad over Tabriz for the milder winters

Mashhad for the best temperatures of the bunch, but there are far better climates in Iran than this selection. Which ones might they be? Iran's Caspian coast has a treasure trove of great climates. The southern area in the Zagros mountains has some great climates too, but data is hard to find.

Ugh, I don't really like any of them. The northern ones are too cold in winter, so I have to choose between the two southern ones. So, it's a choice between oven-like dry heat and steambath-like humid heat. I guess I'll take the latter (Chabahar), just because those winters are so nice.

Of the ones listed I'll go northwest for being relatively cold and wet. There is a big variety of climates in Iran but I don't know much about them. Sari is better than all of these though... 31C and 77% RH gives an average dew point of 27C. 80F AVERAGE dew point in summer is hellish. Chabahar At least Bandar-e Mahshahr is comfortable for a few hours in the early morning. 80F dews are never comfortable to me.
