De Funiak Springs. Undoubtedly gets the most storms out of these, but the LA one is also very good.

Rhode Island, most comfortable climate. Too cold in winter but at least it's snowy unlike the Delaware cold rain attack

None of these are bad, but I choose Ashland MS for the best balance of heat and cold by my standards

Gonna go with Rhode Island for the snow even though the temp profile of Delaware is better.
