Hereโs a version with mean maxes and mins added. Was gonna add dew point but I couldnโt be fucked to figure it out for the winter months when it doesnโt matter. Average summer dews would be 47-51 f and 41-43 f for May and September

Here's my dream climate. I call it Villa Citron. It's just an inoffensive humid continental climate (Dwa) commonly found in North China. Winters are very sunny and dry with not a lot of snow. Summer afternoons experience quick storms of heavy rain before returning to the usual clear skies. Autumns have more overcast weather and drizzle. View AttachmentThat's actually warmer as a whole than my real climate. I'm surprised it's that warm, considering how much you talk about hating heat.

Some heat in summer is ok, especially if it significantly cools down at night. Heat all year is not ok.

View Attachment there's nothing that's not offensive about this climate. Extremely dry, pretty cold winters with horrific record lows even in spring which is still too fucken dry with a shitty warmup, horrific washout crummers, you've got one of the worst dream climates here.

Thereโs no point in having wet winter with those temperatures. Otherwise it would have apocalyptic blizzards like in Michigan and New England. Summers are not washout, itโs just a quick afternoon storm that happens during a few days before returning to the usual clear skies.

What's the reasoning behind September's mean max being higher than August's? Monsoonal moisture in august suppresses heat potential. 5 of the last 9 Septembers in Fort Collins have had a higher max than August and my dream climate is wetter in August and drier in September so I donโt think itโs implausible.

But it may get most of its precipitation as handsome cold rains from warm fronts, and it would be cold and dry the rest of the time, so not really snowy. This is the standard pattern during winter in the coastal NE US much of the time, in fact.

Similar too Tommy's question, why does June have a higher record high and mean maximum than July? It's wetter, July is drier.

Similar to Tommy's question, why does June have a higher record high and mean maximum than July? It's wetter, July is drier. Again back to Fort Collins, every 100 f since 2007 has been in June (4 years). Since 2010, June and July have the same mean max here and June has been hotter 7 times vs. just 4 in July. So basically Iโm extrapolating these patterns to long term climate averages in my dream climate. The 111 f is meant to be a freak 1936 type event, 107-109 would happen with roughly equal frequency in both June and July like 100 in Fort Collins. Also July gets more precipitation days so itโs essentially wetter.

I like tropical and warm subtropical rainy climates which are very unpopular here so I am losing pretty quickly.
