Definitely Port Said.
More comfortable temps, drier air, and it has some seasonality. Only downside is little rain.

Should note to people choosing Panama City that it has 70s dewpoints year round, even in the dry season!

Neither climate is particularly good, but Port Said has at least 10 ultracomfortable months compared to Panama City's 2 (and that's being generous, it's humid as fuck there).

Port Said for the brilliant sunshine and crystal clear days. Even its temperature range is pretty sweet, especially for Egyptian standards. It's like Penrith with warmer winter nights!
